LOL Jordan! Thanx, I'm glad it looks that realistic to you. You wanna know something, I showed my friend Chris an actual printed copy and he was like: "You didn't do that!!! It has a rated R symbol on it, there's no way you could of... it isn't possible" and I was like uhh dude I found the symbol on Google and added it to the bottom when I was finishing it and hes like OHHHH OMG its awesome!! I was like just like lol dorko w/e!

But anyways, I got the grade back and my stupid teacher grrrr well when I printed it out to mount it I printed it at 11x17 and it had this white border around it and the mounting board was black and so is the poster so I was like hmm I'm leaving the boarder on cause it stands out and when I persented it she said it looked tacky cause of the white boarder and wanted me redo it and I was like NO it looks perfectly good just the way it is. So after class she talked to me cause guess I pissed her off and I was like LOOK I worked my a** off with this and just because it has the white boarder from the way it printed doesn't mean you should take points off because there are pleanty of movie posters with that exact or similar boarder! So she's like OK I won't deduct points.

But I was just soo grr because there are people in that class that do crappy work and sit on the internet all day and get better grades on their projects... and theirs are just sooo simple and boring... with NO creativity!!! But I told her, I was like "You may think my work is crap but apperantly you cannot see how much effort I put into it, there are people out there I know that have told me my work looks very well done and I am going to do good in the industry. Also, I am full of creativity and when I get to do all of that your going to be sitting there like I DOUBTED HER.. and I walked out!

Well as long as she didn't take off for it I guess you can't be too upset. =) Like you said, people in the industry are gonna care about the work you did and the way it looks, not the grades you got on it in school.

Exactly!!! That's what I told her!!!! She gave me some snotty remark how its not good enough for her. But at the beginning of the term she said if we try our best we'd get an A and I've been doing beyond it and I'm still not getting an A.. what can I say she's PICKY!!!!

Most picky teachers just try to push you to do more work to surprise yourself afterward. Like my math teacher.
She kept saying "Try your best." and i was like, "This is my best!"
She said, "You could do better."
At the time, i thought she was being a witch, but now, since i tried my very best, i'm on an 11th grade math level!
But your teacher sounds a little rude.

I'd be a little scared.

Some teachers really do want you to improve when they say that you're "not doing your best".

Others just have personal vendettas against students.

Lol my teacher went psycho on me in front of the class the other day, and admitted she didn't like me cause I thought I was better than others and the class was like ARE YOU NUTS?? she doesn't think shes better than us... your just rude!!! My class loves me!

No, actually there not there from a picture I have.... I know cause I had to retouch them for an inclass assignment so I used them for the poster... they came from a color picture!

I thought that was extremely funny that the class stood up for me like that.

That picture looks a lot like the photo from national geographic that Andrea was talking about. It was even on the news cause they like went to Arabia or whatever to find the woman in the photo. Where did you originally get the photo from?
