Okay let me see if I can help.
You take your picture from your computer and you have to upload it somewhere, I would suggest photobucket.com or something like that.
Once you upload it, under the picture it will give you three links, on this board you take the first link and then go into a post and you'll see a little button that says "Post Image" click that and a box will pop up telling you to put the link for your picture, paste it there and then if you wanna make a name for your picture to see you can do that, or just leave it as your link name and then post it.
